Beyonce isn't a gay icon, not even remotely. Just because one has a massive gay following W.W. doesn't mean they are gay icons, all female pop stars have a gay following.
Any way, Gaga is a gay icon because she actually puts the time and effort in to raise awareness and fights to have equality for all.
Gaga, and Beyonce for the black community and no one for all the self-proclaimed "more intelligent" gays who don't want to "follow" Lady Gaga and "don't accept" her as their "leader".
