Poll: Is Katy bigger than Gaga in the US?

Katy sold more singles during her last era, had more airplay, sold more albums (2.7m vs. 2.2m) and has bigger social media presence.

We can't compare their touring because...well...but Katy sold out all her US shows.

So is she the bigger star now? Has she surpassed Gaga in her home country?

We all know Katy is bigger in the US and Gaga worldwide. Kind of a pointless thread.

Fun fact, tho: Gaga has sold 85 million singles worldwide, Katy has sold 85 million records in total. Katy may sell singles but even Gaga beats her in that area.

And having a completely sold out tour is nothing to brag about when it grossed $50 million from over 100 dates.

But I am excited for new Katheryn.

I was watching Family Feud tonight and the question was asking about the most annoying celebrities. It was the Kardashians, Bieber, Charlie Sheen, etc. Gaga was on there, Katy wasn't.

Gaga may be more well known, "meat dress", but Katy is more loved.

yes, it's very clear now. Look at the # of responses in each of their album threads. ARTPOP has 800 since July 11th. Prism has 425 since TODAY! It's not gonna take 18 more days to reach 800 for Katy.
