I'm Back Bitches!

I decided to to return to doing Your Top Ten countdowns. I used to have an A-List 30 from 2009 to 2010. Then my social life starting REALLY exploding and I discontinued it. Now that my social life has gotten to a REALLY good point in my life, I decided to revive the countdown. But instead of doing it on Fridays, I'm doing it on Sundays. That way, my social life has a lesser chance of interfering with updates. The idea came to me in November of last year, but I wanted 1.to wait until January, so I'd have a full year of it!

My rules are:

- Both singles and non-singles are allowed to chart. Non-singles can be from any era.
- The typical retirement is 20 weeks life before, but depending on the popularity or how much I like the song, I may add 10 or 20 more weeks to it's stay.

After finally buying Talk That Talk with some of the iTunes cards I got for my birthday, I *****d out We Found Love, and it steals the #1 spot from DJ Earworm, who held it for 3 weeks. Selena Gomez & The Scene slides 2 -3, while JoJo and Jessie J hold on to the #4 and #5 spots respectively. David Guetta & Nicki Minaj move up one spot to #6 as does Evanescence with "My Heart Is Broken" at #7. Avril Lavigne garners up 2 more spots to #8, and Breathe Carolin slips 6 - 9. David Guetta and Sia soar 20 - 10 with "Titanium" as it narrows out the Top 10.

New to the chart this week is Roc Me Out by Rihanna, which kicks in at #34 after receiving significant playtime this week after buying Talk That Talk. Hair by Lady GaGa, which was downloaded on my birthday, also comes in right in front or Rihanna at #33. And Big Sean gets a nice debut at #36 after some popularity at my Big 1-8 party yesterday, getting 3 plays during the party.

Titanium gains momentum as it flies to #2, right behind We Found Love. In addition, Dev, Cobra Starship, and Super Bass by Nicki Minaj regain momentum after they were played at my school's blacklight dance. Jessie J and david guetta gain two debuts this week, each coming from them as a lead artist and a featured artist. And the #1 hit on the Hot 100, and a hit on ATRL, SFTTR by Adele is dying at #40.
