It they're reliable enough for Wikipedia, they're good enough for me! Considering exact figures are impossible to obtain for old albums.

But I had to estimate nearly every single myself by looking at sales in individual countries and reported digital sales. It took forever. When I get them posted I'm going to put up a notice in the first post that I'd like people to start reviewing them just in case any seem fishy - I want this to be a rather reliable source of information.

Singles chart records will be limited to the top 5 music markets (US, UK, France, Germany, & Japan), the US Dance chart, and the European Hot 100 for space reasons - we don't want to have to bug the mods to make a third post if by some chance listing all countries available would push it over the edge.
