In this thread will be my top 10 videos of the year, top 30 singles of the year, top 10 non-singles of the year, and the 10 worst songs of this year. While I will not post an entire list right away, I will post in parts. Starting off, the top 10 videos of the year, numbers 10-7

Honorable Mention: OK Go - Here It Goes Again
- Probably the biggest selling music video of this year. A new concept I never saw before and it actually worked. Treadmill dancing = good in my book, but this video falls just short of the top 10.

10. Weird Al - White & Nerdy
- Funniest video of the year? Of course. This video makes fun of just about every single type of nerd out there and actually does it right, while still being a parody of the Ridin' video.

09. Avenged Sevenfold - Beast And The Harlot
- One of the few videos here that isn't on this list because it's funny, has great special effects, or a great storyline to it. It's just awesome, nothing more nothing less.

08. Santana - Cry Baby Cry
- I'm sure 99% of you have never even seen this video. Nothing really to describe, just cool effects I guess.

07. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dani California
- Great concept. A great showing of how rock videos evolved from Elvis to the Beatles to Kiss to Nirvana to themselves. I have high doubts anyone could remake this video as good as it is now.

06. Gorillaz - El Mañana
- Was at point during the year my number two video. It's a great animated video and it has a story to it, not most do. Is it the best Gorillaz video? I'm not sure but I think so

05. Gnarls Barkley - Crazy
- How do you even describe Crazy? It's ink blots changing shape throughout the video, nothing else to say here. If it doesn't sound cool enough, go watch the video and you'll see

04. The All-American Rejects - Move Along
- Can you say best edited video this year? This video must have taken forever to edit with so many different frames. Not only that, making the video seem like it was one shot and the clothes were just changing, unlike other videos like this that you can tell that it's edited, made it even better.

03. Iron Maiden - Different World
- Iron Maiden. This video was so freaking cool the first time I saw it and is still as cool now. Iron Maiden. Look at the damn picture above. Iron Maiden. If the first SECOND of a video starts out like that, think about how good it must be. Iron Maiden.



02. Avenged Sevenfold - Seize The Day
- When I first thought about this list, I wasn't sure which to go to for #1. Special Effects, or Storyline. I had to go to the effects, but that doesn't take away from how great Seize The Day is. The first time you watch this video, you think it will be about one thing, then takes a complete 360 degree turn. And in the middle when Synsyster Gates magically appears on the casket playing the solo, you will never find that anywhere else, and if you do then they're just trying to copy this video.

and I can't imagine what video will be the #1... probably Akon "Smack That" or Korn "Coming Undone"

This year's videos list is better than last year's list for sure. Thumbs up so far.

Before I end this list, here is imo the worst video of the year

Worst Video Of The Year: Kelly Clarkson - Walk Away
- This video is definately the worst video of this year and possibly I have ever seen. Let's explain this video. People acting like retards when they hear this extremely ****** song. Cops dancing instead of giving tickets? Guys acting gay and humping each other? Asleep and then jumping around your room? Getting of your f**king car in the middle of traffic and dancing?! Come on, this concept was extremely ****** and this video took a **** on it. Easily the worst video of the year.

01. KoRn - Coming Undone
- From the first time I saw this video, I knew it would be one on this list. Just watch it. The freakin sky falls and then a ton of other crazy **** happens. Best special effects I've seen in a video in a very long time. Little X really didn't have any GREAT videos until this one, he hit perfect with Coming Undone.

There were not that many non-singles I've liked (or probably heard) this year so I can only do a top 10. I'm sure most of you will be shocked when you don't see a song on this list.

10. Muse - Assassin
- Best song IMO on the new Muse album. Most of the people here don't like it that much, but I do.

09. Panic! At The Disco - Time To Dance (Demo)
- I put demo in the name here because the CD version sucks and the demo is much better. This should be a 5th single if Panic decides to release another one, that way they'd of had 5 good singles.

08. Fall Out Boy - Snitches And Talkers Get Stiches And Walkers
- From the re-release of From Under The Cork Tree, SATGSAW is a better song than most of the first release of this cd. Very catchy.

07. Shinedown - Begin Again
- I didn't like Shinedown at first when I heard Save Me, then I started to like it and then heard I Dare You and Heroes so I bought Us And Them. This was the best song that hasn't been a single. Hopefully Shinedown will release this next if they have a fourth single.

Lupe Fiasco's "Never Lies/The Instrumental" will hopefully show up ^___^

06. Fort Minor - Cigarettes
- 3rd best song off of The Rising Tied and one of the few rap songs on this list. This song compares gangsta rap to smoking and doesn't do it bad either. Mike did it good with The Rising Tied and hopefully will do it with LP too.

05. Three Days Grace - One X
- When I first bought One-X, I was kind of dissapointed in everything except Animal I Have Become. After time, this song grew on me because of it's meaning. One X as in an outcast, which I feel like a lot. The X tattoo in the Pain video would be cool to get when I'm older and maybe I will

I still like "Kenji" the most, but I know other people don't seem to like it as much, whatever.

You should really check out the first Shinedown album. I think it's a LOT better than the stuff off of Us And Them.

04. Fort Minor - Red To Black
- First time you hear this song, you think Chester is in it but he's not. Again one of the few rap songs to make this list.

03. Avenged Sevenfold - Trashed And Scattered
I won't be the victim
But the first to cast a stone
Sedated nights to the baroom fights
As metropolis takes it's toll

- Trashed And Scattered, the "shut the f*** up song." Wasn't TOO into it the first time I heard it but over time it got better and better. Very fast pased going into slow pase near the end, not bad at all.

Yeah don't expect any variety from here on out
