Linda, how do you feel about Beyonce changing one word on a song and getting writing credit. Does that bother you as a songwriter?

Well hahaha um that's not songwriting but some of these artists believe if it wasn't for them your song would never get out there so they take a cut just because they are who they are. But everyone knows the real truth even Beyonce. She is talented but in a completely different way.

Where is the drag? She only spoke the truth and said that Beyonce has a different kind of talent.
Besides, she doesn't know how much creative input Beyonce really has. I remember that one interview with Ryan Tedder praising her 'songwriting' on the bridge of Halo tho.

Then I went to listen to Halo and the bridge is just a long ad lib.

In all seriousness, this is Linda Perry, she hasn't written a hit song in a while and now that her reality show is premiering on VH1 or something basic like that, she has been going around talking **** about everything and everybody.

Pretty Much. Now, that's a FACT. She's speaking on something she has no idea of. She's never worked with Beyonce, never been in the studio with Beyonce. She knows nothing. Next.

Linda Perry is a huge force in the song writing industry. The counter-argument that any criticism is "obsessed haters" is so lazy on this site. Nobody's denying she's talented, but to deny that she hasn't earned her credits is, with no offence intended, delusional. Why would all of the evidence point to this if it wasn't the case?
