anyway, as for the "everyone always make this" that's true but like, it's mostly ATRLers talking about how long they go on the treadmill at the local YMCA for. This is serious stuff! And we can actually help each other
How would I get started? I almost strained my body lifting a garbage bag earlier today.
Post your height/weight and your current fitness level [like how does your body shape look? Are you a twink, average, a little on the over side, a lot on the over side, obese, etc?
It probably won't happen until I graduate. School takes up too much of my time. Let's talk diets and supplements though. I'm running out of protein powder and need a good replacement.
