After an internal discussion, we've decided that our moderation roster should reflect the current population of ATRL's fan bases. We've also removed a few moderators with strong bias against some of the fan bases. All of this will help improve communication and fairness in staff deliberations and report handling. We've opened up some availability to allow as many as
5 new moderators and we're also going to consider adding an additional 3 moderators to represent the larger fan bases of ATRL.
Instructions:
- Eligible fan bases should discuss nominees in their respective base threads and gather up to
3 candidates for consideration.
- Fan base starters should take the lead in gathering results to be
sent to ATRL Feedback. If the starter isn't available, a fan base regular can fill in.
- You are allowed 1 poll thread to determine finalists, meaning you can use the fan base for discussion and a poll to confirm.
Any further threads will be closed.
- Final nominees must be presented by
April 12th at 5pm EST.
- January applications will also be reviewed in addition to the finalists chosen by each fan base.
- You are not allowed to participate in the nominee discussion if you are not a regular of that fan base or legitimate fan of the artist or celebrity.
