Well, if they were basing it off of the 21k tickets assumption, then they're correct since 7k/21k is about 33%.
This gross is good for the amount of tickets sold.

The maximum capacity is 14,500 for end-stage concerts and most of the sold-out shows at the arena are at 13,000-13,500.

omg they cant even get 7,372 people to go to their concert? what happend to them, like I dont wont to shade them or anything but why is selenas tour so much more successful than a tour by nick and demi combined? like I now selena is more famous than them but im still surprised that their numbers are THAT tragic. praying for them tbh

Most people base their numbers off the full capacity of the building forgetting that the stage blocks hundreds if not thousands of seats sometimes.
