What's your workout routine?
What's your workout routine? And also, what's your goal? I'm literally starting a new
routine on Monday! I need six pack and a nice juicy ass as well. I want
to look like the guy in the picture below by next summer because
I'm going to Brazil, therefore I must have the body.

By the way, this is one of my husbands
Rodrigo Braga so don't touch.

Workout 3x a week. I go to the gym and do the regular machines but I also do at home videos from fitnessblender.com Let me tell you they WORK you on the videos so be prepared.
And I try to eat everything well and healthy and nothing processed.

I jog for about 30 minutes to an hour, then I hit the weight floor in the gym to work out specific parts of my body (abs, arms, legs, etc.)
If you're going to try a routine, I suggest you exercise first thing in the morning (before breakfast). It does wonders for your metabolism. And going to be before 12pm (having a good sleeping schedule) helps your workout.

I don't really have a goal but If I could, I'd have Mileys body back in March of 2012.
Morning:20 minutes on treadmill, 10 minutes of jump rope, growth exercises
Afternoon:JM workout(1 hour), a mixture of little workouts for the chest, abs, legs, obliques and lower back
Night:Yoga and/or Pilates

People tell not to use protein but it kind of help the cause a little bit. I need to be ripped by next summer. ![Dancehall Queen](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRL_Smilies_All/atrlers/dancehall_zps88e4c4c6.png)

I just remembered, I also need a jump rope. I'm going to Canadian Tire tomorrow, I'm literally buying everything. I wanted to go to the gym but **** that! Too expensive for nothing. ![Mazen](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/19971843.gif)

I used to do a 4 mi jog every morning. I laid off of that for like half a year and tried to pick it back up earlier this week and almost died... Literally.
Right now, I do Zumba about 3 times and yoga about 4 times a week. I'm going to slowly start back running. I guess I need to recondition myself for it so I'm going to start out doing 2 or maybe just 1.

I look like a scrawny crackhead right now tbh. I need a workout routine but with marching band I can't because that takes up like all my time.

Interesting, I'm actually sh*t in the thread. I'm gonna focus on a single area of my body per day but I'm not planning on "resting". Brazil next summer, Brazil! ![party](images/smilies/images/smilies/party.gif)

I'm somewhat skinny as well, but eating like a mother****er won't help the cause. You wanna have muscle, you don't wanna end up overweight! Plus junk food will mess up your system. ![Mazen](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/19971843.gif)

Mine is so basic right now. Basically, I've just been losing weight first. So far, I've almost around 25 pounds since April.
During the summer, I've been trying to ride my bike everyday, go for walks everyday and on top of that eat healthier by controlling my daily caloric intake. I've changed from white to wheat breads, I cut out soda and other sugary drinks and basically only drink water now. I try to snack on things like cliff bars, greek yogurts, etc.
When I go to the gym, I usually use the elliptical for about 45 minutes to an hour and then I either do a little run on the treadmill or I use the bicycle.
Honestly, I would like a little definition in my arms, but I don't want to be super muscular. I really don't know what to do though haha.
