I work out everyday except the weekends. I don't push myself too hard because I don't want to ruin my body. I like running and I also do spinning a lot, usually 1-2 hours.

4-5 times a week now (although I haven't gone yet this week).
I like to go on Saturdays and Sundays especially because the gym is a lot emptier on that day, meaning I don't have to fight over equipment and I get less weird looks because of my strange workout routines lol.
I'm such a lazy bum. I used to work out at least 3 times a week but now it's just 1 or 2 times. I really need to start getting into it because the weather is getting better and this boy don't want no thin ass arms.
I do 20 mins insanity workout, 30 mins of spinning and A6W(insanity - 3/4 times a week, spinning - every day) I have to be in shape, cause spring is finally coming
Well, I've lost 40 lbs, and there is still 15lbs that I have to lost. I can do it in 1,5 months
