Uni's kind of different here in Australia. You choose what degree you'll do at the end of high school, and then do that degree for usually 3 years. I'm doing a Bachelor of Business, so all my first year subjects were like Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Law, HR, Statistics, etc. and then I chose to major in Marketing and Management.
Also because we're in the southern hemisphere, our summers are December, January and February. So school years run from March until November. Basically I finish my degree in about 5-6 weeks. So happy I could cry.
