Which album release according to you has been the messiest in history?
Like leading up to the album release, everything that was happening was just tragic or just plain sad for whatever reason & really hurt the artist/sales/image etc.

Not the messiest but Two eleven was pushed back like 3 times, the single leaked in early 2012, & then wasn't released until summer & then the album was leaked

I think you meant Glitter, Mariah is so far into her career that it shouldn't matter if she flopped or not with MIAM (and the album was actually good). Glitter came after her best body of work (IMO) and it hurt her so bad that the following album (Charmbracelet) ended up flopping badly and is forgotten
oh and Foxes "Glorious" it was pushed back like a ****load of times, no singles officially released on the united states and we almost had the entire album before it was released.
