I am here only for the comedy field. Modern Family will sweep but I want Community to finally get some love as well.

Jane Krakowski has been snubbed since 2005. They really better get her an emmy, a nomination at LEAST.

Breaking Bad aka the best show currently on television better get some nods this year esp outside the acting categories.

Wow, a lot of surprise nominations. I wasn't expecting all this Downton Abbey love. Also wasn't expecting Jared Harris to be nominated, and Kathryn Joosten from Desperate Housewives Her death must have been a factor, sadly.
So happy for Lena Dunham and Girls
Anna Gunn finally has a nomination.

Ok so thoughts:
Firstly, why is American Horror Story in the miniseries sections? Shows like Nurse Jackie have seasons with the same amount of episodes yet half the running time and are nominated in the main tv categories yet this is stuck in miniseries. . It got a lot of noms there though.
Hopefully Breaking Bad the best show on tv finally wins in Drama series though I (severely) doubt it. 4 acting noms, 2 in best supporting actor from the same show. Amazing.
Kathryn Joosten may get a posthumous emmy.
Great to see people like Kathy Bates, Glenn Close and Julianne Moore getting noms.
I'm glad they're still showing Nurse Jackie some love, it's not in the same league as others mentioned but the show is consistent imo.

Mad Men tied with American Horror Story, up as a miniseries, for the most overall nominations, 17.
Other top nominees: the addictive PBS soap Downton Abbey and the blockbuster miniseries Hatfields & McCoys, with 16 each.
Modern Family was the most-nominated comedy series, with 14 nods.

You guys, also - with The Good Wife snubbed - this is the first time Drama Series has NO network shows in it.
All cable. Were the voters trying to send a message here?

Vincent's character doesn't help, he's hated, but he does deserve it.
I know aboud Downton, now I'm seriously worried they're going to win best series and block Breaking Bad or Mad Men.
Is it good? I might start watching because of this.
