No, it is not. At least not as you implied, they are not #1 overall. Billboard compiles charts of radio, streaming, as well sales. They only went officially #1 on POP radio, so that's one specific chart in one specific category that counts for Billboard's Hot 100.

Technically it is #1 on Pop Radio Chart, just like #1 on Dance Chart or Jazz or others. It is not #1 on BBH100, per se~
