How To Play
As the game's host, I narrate the events of the game in the form of a fictional story.
In the game, your role is either an innocent civilian or an evil mafia member. You do not know the roles of the other players, unless you are a mafia member, in which case you know who the other mafia members are. You find out your role via a PM from me. Obviously, screenshotting your PM to prove your innocence ruins the game, don't do it.
The game is split up into Day Cycles and Night Cycles.
Everybody casts a lynch vote during the Day Cycle. This lynch vote is to be directed at whoever you believe is a mafia member, which you decide based on their posts in the thread. Whoever recieves the most lynch votes at the end of the Day Cycle will be killed off with their role in the game being revealed. Dead players can no longer post in the thread. Lynch votes can be changed at will.
During the Night Cycle, players can still post in the thread. However, no lynching occurs. Mafia members discuss via PM (or any other means of secret communication they wish) who they wish to kill during the Night Cycle, and the result will be revealed at the beginning of the next Day Cycle. Civilians
cannot discuss the game through PM, or anywhere else outside of the thread, as it defeats the purpose of the game.
Also, during the Night Cycle the special roles will have a special action available to them. They send me a PM containing the name of the player they wish to perform their action on. I'll cover these roles in a bit more detail below.
Inactivity ruins the game, and is not tolerated. Only sign up if you intend to play.
Special Roles
Psychic: This bitch is
so delusional that she has actually developed psychic powers, and every night cycle, she PMs me the name of a player, and that player's role is revealed to her and her alone. This is a civilian role.
Angel: This bitch has a very special gift. Each night cycle, she PMs me the name of a player, and if that player is chosen by the mafia to be killed that night, they are saved. This is a civilian role.
