Ratings dropped again in the 9th week to 2.142 million viewers. This would be 9 weeks straight.

The show is a campy mess. The story is all over the place, no character development, not scary, not dramatic, not comical, it's just plain boring, linear and pointless.

Jessica Lange and Frances Comroy were smart enough not to let their names be involved in this.

all shows do this? check live plus 3 days its still doing well. plus the week off didnt help them, they're still the number 1 rated cable show on wednesday nights.

Because sometimes, you just can't win.

I dropped the show after an episode or two, couldn't hold interest.

One of the previous episodes got 1.4 in demo and 2.64m viewers. With streamings and DVR numbers included the show increased FOR 1.3 demo and 800k viewers. Almost 100% percent increase in demo. Demo is what matters for networks and advertisers. Not to mention that FX is going to drop live rating and only use streaming/DVR since it's making them money.
We're probably gonna get 3-4 more seasons since it's the biggest show on the network and is pulling big numbers

Oh, and the show peaked, so it's obvious. Every hit show peaks

Had you did your research you'd see 2-3 million viewers is pretty much the average of the entire show's ratings combined.
