I have yet to hear or see Adele physically do promotion here in the states... I just think she's naturally OWNING. The only promo I've seen her do is Chelsea Lately and that was like 2 months ago.

She had a view promo stops on the album release week. I remember on a UK interview she said that she was heading over to the US to do some talkshows and stuff on the album release week.

She did regular promo the first two or three weeks of her U.S. album release. Everything else has been free promo from popular TV shows, radio and word of mouth. But she will be back in the U.S. this month for her concert and more promo, so it ain't over.
