Yeah she's sick. She didn't do a radio interview that morning because she didn't feel well, she was hiding coughs all through Live Lounge. She's jet lagged and ill. There's nothing else major here. They're all exhausted.
I agree Camila doesn't want to be there but not as in she wants to be away from the girls, she just wants to be in bed with tea and chicken soup for her throat probably.
