The ParAwards 2013 will be a combination of the Billboard Awards and the Grammy Awards.

Half of the categories nominees will be based on avatars, signatures, and performance in the Paramore related threads.
If you haven't been very active on the Paramore threads don't worry because the other half of the categories nominees will be based on the Submission Forms, which are questions about your Paramore history.

After the nominees are reveal, there will be an Orange Carpet Event where you will choose Paramore's best outfit to represent yourself so that the other Parafans get to know you.
Then all of the Paramore fans above will vote for their favorite fans in order to choose a winner.
