I am not sure about this. I think epigenetics is most likely the root but anyway, what do people even mean with environmental and social factors? My brothers an I grew up in the same places raised by the same parents and only I am gay/bi......?

Hmm, environment always has an influence over everything. It influences your height although that is genetically controlled (predominately). It's been looked into and it's possible during development a fetus that is born gay/lesbian is subjected to different hormones than a regular infant. That being said, even if monozygotic twins (identical twins) both don't turn out gay it can simply due to that one fetus experienced different hormonal balances. It's very rare for them to share the same amniotic sac.

EVERY sexuality is caused by multiple factors including heterosexuality. It's not like you're born hetero and suddenly you see the homo fairy and BAM! a gaybie was born.

When my family wanted to buy me a Manchester United football kid, and I requested that they bought me a copy of Britney's album instead at 2 years old I wasn't environmentally effected by anything other that heterosexual football loving parents.
