...Sorry for the thread title, this is about BTW - but I needed something attention grabbing.
The good sis Anthony Kerty brought up a good point -- basically saying that Lady GaGa's promotion for Born This Way is SO NEXT LEVEL/AMAZING, that if she doesn't sell more than 1,000,000 albums on her opening week - Born This Way should be considered a relative underperformance.
(off the top of my head)

- The 2011 Grammys
- American Idol Performance & Mentoring
- David Letterman (This Week)
- Good Morning America Concert (This Week)
- ANOTHER American Idol performance (This Week)
-
GaGa Vision
- Ellen
- Saturday Night Live
- Two iTunes promotional tracks
- 3 Singles
- MTV Lady GaGa Special
-

GaGa takes over Facebook's Farmville...
GaGa partners up with Starbucks...
HOW MUCH WILL LADY GAGA HAVE TO SELL TO JUSTIFY THE MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF PROMOTION SHE HAS DONE?
In other words, Born This Way is going to sell a lot, but how much does it need to sell so all of this promotion doesn't go to waste?
