Well I don't see him many times in the chart, I see only Jay-Z getting promotion because of Rihanna with Run This Town, or with Beyoncé, seriously
But you know that he is much bigger in USA than Europe, and that was I meant, comparing with USA, cobra and jay-z are like nobodies, they arent hit artists here.
