Other releases of note include international dance pop diva Inna with “Party Never Ends” (slated to drop today), Dido with “Girl Who Got Away” (Tuesday), former teen heartthrob Justin Timberlake with “The 20/20 Experience” (March 15) which he teased at last month’s Grammys, and Lady Gaga with “ARTPOP” (May 22).
Details are vague but other artists rumored to have 2013 releases up their sleeves include Beyonce, Britney Spears, possibly Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera (a Spanish album), Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue and Nicki Minaj. And if you ever got into the boy band thing, both New Kids and Backstreet Boys are said to be working on new material
She was working with spanish producer Lester Mendes back in 2008 but it was put on hold to start promoting her Greatest Hits plus she signed on to do Burlesque so plans fell through.
Considering how much of a failure Lotus is, I think a spanish album is the best possible solution right now. Her name in the American market is an after-thought, but she has always been a huge name in Latin America, especially now with "Feel This Moment" (two latin artists) taking off.
It's been 12 years since her last spanish album so this is long overdue.
I think this may be a good idea for her. I think if she plays her cards right this year she could put her name back out there again. After FTM smashes she should release LTBL in like april or may to get that summer smash. RHKL would be another good single to salvage Lotus. Maybe release lotus and release her spanish album later this year
Some of ya'll are acting like this happens to be her 1st Latin album. Mi Reflejo went 6x Plat, and became 1 of the most successful Spanish albums of all time then came Stripped. The legend's here to stay.
