Beyonce's "Mrs. Carter Show" World Tour is gearing to gross over $170 million this year with no new music and just based off the hype of her name and past work alone.

Today, she announced "Mrs. Carter Show" World Tour 2014 with a new promo picture and new dates starting February 20th. There has been speculation that the album is coming in February 2014, and with new music, it seems she will tour the globe again with dates in the Middle East and Asia being added this time.

Will the tour gross over $300 million when it is all said and done

Statistically, if she is earning the same amount per date, if she does 25% less dates than the first round of the tour she will get a $300 million tour.

that was in a row with no end of year breaks, supporting a new album, and to satisfy demand, not to gross more overall.

So at this point, tour records don't even mean anything if an artist is allowed to continuously just add dates to an existing tour instead of embarking on a new one. I always found it a cheap way to raise tour gross.
