I'd take the million and donate some to climate change research
That wouldn't do **** considering the fact that Africa needs $50 billion alone
to adapt to the anticipated effects of climate change by 2050.
Anybody who would take the money clearly knows nothing about climate change. Every person on this planet, even the lofty and rich, are going to be drastically impacted by climate change. Not to mention the millions of people who will go to war, starve, and die as a result of climate change. It's gonna be really ****ing annoying when truly devastating things start to happen over the next 50 years and the current skeptics will be saying "we should have done something..."
