Sweet Dreams. Electro/dance genre was new to Beyoncé and she could manage to make it a hit despite the one-year-early demo leak. Vocally and lyrically, it is still one of her best songs.
For me my favourites are Halo, Sweet Dreams and Video Phone. I know a lot of people don't like it but it is one of my favourite songs from the Sasha side of the CD.
