He's seen walking into the hotel with the camera. Someone please show me some receipts that he actually smashed it. There's "he took the camera, checked whether any up-skirt pictures were taken and gave it back" and "he took the camera and smashed it to pieces" - which by the way is a criminal offence (check Kanye West getting arrested in '08).

EDIT: Omg its the same guard. He was the one protecting Beyoncé and KimK at WTT in England and he was a monster. Some woman was moving back to take a pic and he literally shoved her down to the crowd. I would not **** with this man!

Maybe we cant see it from the angle the video was shot but if he really did try and take a picture up her skirt then her body guard is supposed to do something about it what the hell is she paying him for. He's lucky his camera is the only thing that got broken.
