It seems ever since these new rules have been implemented, mainly streaming, artists have been using loopholes and cheap ploys to chart much higher than they would or claim much higher numbers "sold" than previously. Why do you think this is? Is the music industry trying to maintain the facade that people are still buying music like before? Are they afraid that if they use the normal rules people will see that everyone and their mother is not paying for music any longer?
