Discussion: People who use "an" incorrectly

Ive seen so many atrlers use the word "an" incorrectly.

For example

thats because of regional dialect.. some people genuinely believe its of instead of have because of the way their accent/regional dialect makes it seem.

That's not big of a deal because, when you talk, it sounds like "of".

Those who can't apply "an" and "a" properly aren't native speakers.

And just because some things sound the same, it doesn't mean they are the same. It's confusing to people trying to learn the language when the people who speak it don't use it right.
