Glee creator Ryan Murphy has been named an executive producer of Oxygen’s upcoming Glee Project.

The show, debut in in June, is a competition series that gives the winner a guest starring role on the third season of Glee!

“Everything was creatively driven by Ryan,” Glee Project executive producer Dante Di Loreto said (via EW). “He had the idea for this at end of the first season.”
