okay really though from a training standpoint this officer was dumb, he shot her 5 times, if just 1 of those bullets would've missed her they would've hit the bystander behind her. and why not just aim for the leg? why did he continue shooting as she was falling down?

if he wasn't a cop i'd understand bc of panic and adrenaline but he's been trained for these situations
