Okay so I was just playing piano for a while when I got one of the most absurd and crazy ideas ever. Let me now share it

So, imagine this, an artist doesn't have that many stans but wants to boost their sales. They either hire or go in as a stan to a board like ATRL and make threads/promote/etc. their brand like crazy, eventually converting others into stans.

So JJHB, for example, was sent in by Jessie J, became one of the most well-known users of the site, gained fame for Jessie J and converted people to her stans, and then left once her job was complete. Even the breaking leg would make sense! Jessie J could have confirmed it only to show how dedicated some of her fans were, when she made it up in the first place!

Make sense? A little? Would you do it if you were a rising star?
