This is so hard
For me, The eminem show has the best songs and the best writing, mmlp is the most dark and interesting, sslp is the funniest, mmlp2 is the most varied in terms of topics and styles and also shows growth and self awareness. Relapse has great technical rapping and great production. It's really hard for me to rank those.
I know that encore is my least favorite though, and infinite and recovery are also among my least favorites
