I had OCD really, really bad when I was younger. Like it was always weird things I "had" to do 3 times
Like touching stuff. God I must've looked so weird. It really just went away on it's own, thank god, but I still have it with some stuff, like the TV volume "has" to be a multiple of 3
Oh and it's so annoying, if I'm reading a book or something I always have to re-read paragraphs
The only thing I can really tell you, and it's not really helpful, is just to ignore it and do it anyway. You'll see that nothing bad is gonna happen
