Ciara and Kelly Rowland, two R&B girls, faded into irrelevancy after their huge peaks during late 90s and early 2000s, with "Goodies" and Destiny's Child respectively.
Now in 2013, theyre kinda back:
Kelly Rowland had the chance to perform at Superbowl for 10 secs, and had a #4 album and a #88 Hot 100 hit(?).
Ciara in other hand, had a #2 album and a #22 Hot 100 Hit.
Who do you think is the bigger force at the moment in your opinion?
PS: Of course they arent smashing like they did back then but still their moderate success is better than releasing snippets and ads and not being able to release an album. So congrats Cici and Kelly
