Welcome! I figure with all of these overcapacity messages, now would be a good time to compile a list of your favorite video games of all time! This thread will have 2 stages in the selection process to find atrl's favorite video game...
Part 1: Send In Your Rates!
1. Choose 10 Games or 20 Games
Your lists can ONLY include 10 Games total, or 20 Games total! Don't put 9 or less, 11-19, or 21+ games on your lists please. You can choose ANY game, regardless of its release date or the platform it was released on!
2. The #1 Game on Your List will ALWAYS receive 20 points
Whether you have 10 games or 20 games on your list, your #1 game will always receive 20 points! #2 will receive the next highest amount of points based on the total amount of games you included. For example, if you included 10 games on your list, your #2 would receive 18 points etc.
3. PM your rates to me by August 20th!
After you have compiled a list of either your Top 10 video games of all time, or Top 20, please PM your rates to me by August 20th! I will then compile the list of games that will be used in the tournament.

Remember, you can include games from any console, handheld, phone (but seriously...), or PC!
Part 2: The Tournament Begins!
1. Based on YOUR lists a Top 32 will be chosen
The Top 32 games with the most points will be included in the tournament to decide what atrl's favorite game of all time is! The game with the most points, based on your rates, will go against the 32nd game with the most points, while the 16th game with the most points will go against the 17th game with the most points etc. (Look at the tournament bracket above for other match-ups.)
2. Voting!
Each game will go head to head during each round of the tournament. The game with the most votes in the match-up will move on in the tournament, while the other will be eliminated from the tournament.

Hypothetically speaking let's say that the highest rated game based on your lists was Pikmin 3 with 226 points and the 32nd highest rated game was Super Mario Galaxy 2 with 27 points...
At the time of the tournament, the thread title would change to
Pikmin 3 vs Super Mario Galaxy 2 [Vote Now!]
Each member will have a chance to express their opinion about which game is better in their opinion. The game with the most total votes at the end of the voting period, or the first game to ___ votes, will move on in the tournament.
Only 1 vote per person!
