Nice thread.
I'm gonna try exercising soon cause I want to gain some muscles and being so skinny isn't really attractive.
I just wish I knew what to do. Like I don't think I'll get results from just straight up push-ups, sit-ups and a couple of squats/crunches.
I feel like you need a trainer to get real results but I can't afford one nor am I old enough to get one.
Also I was on a water diet for a good 6 months until my mom started buying pop again and I got back on it. I don't drink massive amounts of it but I still drink like one cup every other day. Gonna try and stop drinking it again.
