I've decided to make V an official thread since she's in the middle of recording her second album.
So far all we know about the album is that Jermaine Dupri is one of the producers and Kara DioGuardi is one of the songwriters.
Vanessa has been seen going and leaving a Santa Monica recording studio for the past two months.
V told Access Hollywood the album will be more mature and have a R&B/rhythmic sound.
Hudgens' debut album has sold 515,000 copies and certified gold in the U.S. and has sold an estimated 700,000 copies worldwide.
Vanessa is rumored to be performing on the season finale of Dancing With The Stars in December where she could be debuting her new single. (More info will be posted in the coming weeks).
Her second album is to be released in 2008 via Hollywood Records in CDVU+ format.
