Artists who are actually over
Don't come in and say people who aren't as successful at their peak but are still kinda successful (e.g. my faves Britney and Cheryl)
I mean people who literally don't have a hope in hell of charting ever again.
Also don't say dead people thank u

No one is truly over until they're dead or they're retired. What do you mean by over, anyway? Ashanti won't see mainstream success anymore, but her last album went top 10 and I think she's ok with this. Is she over?
