Yes, there are aspects of it that are new in the rap world. But it’s not a gimmick. I just sort of exist and people embrace it. I’m one of the few artists who gets to be himself every day.

i stan for drake but it's a pretty misguided statement to make. pretty much every artist he claims to have been inspired by merged singing with rapping before he did, including missy, lauryn hill, andre 3k etc
The "six hours to get ready" thing seems to be a diss at Nicki. I'm not even trying to reach cos he kind of is the first MALE to successfully rap and sing.
