I'd suspect WRWWR's actual sales to be 400k/near 300k. It did decently in the UK

You should also include France for the countries as well. I'm still looking around, but Tik Tok's certified gold in France (150k). Actual sales are a bit under 120k though (sounds low for sales, but France's marketed declined big time in singles after the digital era)

So based on this, do you think that RCA is certifying based off of shipments, even though singles generally aren't shipped (I'd imagine a record company wouldn't put out 30,000 physical copies of a single.)

You argue this point in every thread regarding Tik Tok's success. The receipts are here. Tik Tok still holds both of those titles and its sales haven't been updated since 2011

Because it's the truth tho. Rolling In The Deep has sold 7.8 million in the US, Tik Tok has sold 6.4 million, and that's only in the US! which is Ke$ha's biggest market, now imagine how it is in the rest of the world...

Still impressive sales tho.

Tik Tok was her only non local hit. It sold way more (and peaked better) worldwide than it did in the US.
