Now on to the beginning of my top 50 rock songs of 2007:
50. Atreyu- "Doomsday"
This song kind of died out on me in the last few weeks. Still a great song from one of the top albums of the year, however "Becoming the Bull" and a few other tracks off the album are better.
49. Senses Fail- "The Priest and the Matador"
This only entered my countdown 2 weeks ago and by having it on my year end already, you can figure out how well this is expected to do on my chart. It is the only song from this recent on my chart. I absolutely love this song.
48. Army of Me- "Going Through Changes"
Spent 7 weeks on my countdown. Very catchy, so much so that I would be quietly singing this to myself all the time (only because you wouldn't want to hear me sing out loud
.
47. Shiny Toy Guns- "Rainy Monday"
It is a shame that this band doesn't do so well. Many of their songs have capabilities of being hits, including this one. Another song that you might catch me singing to myself.
46. Killswitch Engage- "The Arms of Sorrow"
My thanks to Ryan for turning me on to this song back toward the beginning of the year. This is the best song off their album "As Daylight Dies."
Come back tomorrow to see 45-41 and my top 5 least favorite rock songs of the year.
