I agree. And of course men are oppressed somewhat but not to the level of women, racial minorities or members of the LGBTQ community.

Men have never been looked down upon as the inferior gender. When girls wear men's clothing, it's socially acceptable, but if the roles are reversed, it's being weird, extra, creepy, etc. Basically, men are not oppressed - they are held to a higher standard due to the stigma that women are weak and aren't as capable...basically, women being oppressed is why all these burdens are being placed on men.

The main main arguments on male opression is war and work, but the latter isn't even something thats just for men anymore since nearly all moms work. Not to mention men are to blame for problems men face in the first place.

People really need to stop making everything a competition. There have always been downsides to being a man, but the thing about being oppressed it that you don't have a choice. Women didn't have a choice of career. Men did. Some men had crappy lives and crappy jobs, but they still had a level of autonomy that women did not have.
