So 80s. I really like it. The video obviously has an extremely low budget (using plastic wrap as a background, LOL), but despite that Shakira shines through. She's clearly having fun in the video, and though I would have preferred someone like Francis Lawrence to direct it, Shaki and Jaume gave the video its own special touch.
This is exactly the quirky video Shakira needed (very old skool Shakira), and I hope that in future videos she keeps on putting out stuff like this that is non-conventional and odd. She's the biggest latin female artist of all time. Who cares if her videos aren't multi-million dollar productions....
Sidenote: I'm glad Jaume laid off the close-ups. It must have been extremely hard for him, lol.
