iTunes: 'Perfect Quality'
My Twitter timeline and I have only just discovered this witch craft

Open the equalizer, and from the pop-up menu (view) or press CTRL+SHIFT+2, select "Make Preset."
Set the following levels, from left to right:
db +3, +6, +9, +7, +6, +5, +7, +9, +11, +8 db
The image above shows what it should look like when you're done.
Make sure you check the "On" box to activate the equalizer, too.
If you haven't yet, I suggest you do it

I didn't do the numbers, I just made sure each level looked like this:
