Hey everyone, So I'm going to be doing my list of top 100 songs and top 20 albums I have not excluded the list to be only songs that came out this year because then my list would be a mess

I am tragic at graphics honestly so each song will be accompanied by a gif (that I'll find) as well as some commentary.





So lets get started: First I'm going to do the 15 songs that missed my charts this year

Kylie Minogue - More More More



My thoughts: A BOP! This year I've been slowly getting into Kylie and this song from fever is such a good song.. it'll make you want to get up and dance.

Rich Gang - Milk Marie

My thoughts: This song is probably unknown on Atrl .. I discovered it one day whilst watching music videos with my dad.. at first listen you'll be like what is this trash but as time goes on you'll find yourself "singing" it.

DJ Snake - Middle

My thoughts: Atrl thinks it's cool to hate songs with a dance beat now but I can't give up that love I have for songs even if they are classed as generic... I don't know what I love about this song but I always end up coming back to it.

Meghan Trainor - Me Too



My thoughts: Okay.. forgive me atrl.. but when this came out I loved it ..I was legit shocked at how catchy it is .. thinking about the song now seems a bit meh but I've used to countless of times whilst trolling my friends it just fits the mood.

Gwen Stefani - Make Me Like You



My thoughts: Ahhh gwen.. how i was so excited for you to give us new solo music for about 10 years and you gave us these songs... I mean Make Me Like You is not a horrible song by any means but the fact that I waited legit years and years for new music and we finally got it you'd think every single song would make my top 100 this year. Yet this song that was a SINGLE didn't even touch the top 110 positions. Came back soon Gwen.

Me Too

Make Me Like You so low TIWTTFL is obviously not on LAMB's level but I think it has some good songs
Middle is a bop

woo i love you too jack i only like make me like you and me too (as much as it's so cringey but it's such a guilty pleasure)

I like Middle but it bored me already lol Me Too is my guilty pleasure! Really like Meghan

110. Jessie Ware - Kinda Sometimes Maybe



My thoughts: I first heard this song last year when I moved into my uni house.. my room mate was playing this on full volume and so I typed the lyrics in and since then I loved it.

109. All Time Low - Jersey Rae



My thoughts: I've not really got a lot to say about this song .. this year I've tried to increase my rock/pop rock music and this ended up being a song I've used a few times I guess.

108. Madonna - I'd Rather Be Your Lover



My thoughts: As some of you know last year and this year I was getting into Madonna's discography and it comes to no surprise that IRBYL is on the list.. after hating Erotica for being try hard I love most of Bed Time story songs .. + I always piss my bf off with the lyrics to this song idek why it makes him angry it just does.

107. Beyoncé - I Miss You



My thoughts: I've always loved "I Miss You" since I've first heard it .. i don't know i just think it's a beautiful gem in Bey's discography + it's better than most of the songs on Lemonade.

106. Carly Rae Jepsen - I Didn't Just Come Here To Dance



My thoughts: I mean what do you want want me to say... why would I bother wasting my time trying to explain to atrl that a song off the emotions //carly// album is good? We all already know! Shame she missed the top 100 charts sorry Carly)

Middle and Me Too are amazing, the best so far

105. Katy Perry - Spiritual



My thoughts: Prism is such a weird album for me when the album first came out the last six songs got payed dust.. now the first lot of songs get payed dust and I prefer the end of the album. I love Spiritual.. unfortunately it's hasn't done as good as last year charts. Maybe one year spiritual will be able to crack into the year end chart Last Year Chart Position: 101

104. Madonna - Secret



As I previously mentioned, I spent last year getting into Madonna.. so it's not a shock that another song from Bed Time stories is here!

103. Demi Lovato - Old Ways



Demi has recently got a grammy nomination but unfortunately that wasn't enough to crack the hot 100 year end list... With that being said ... AHHH Demi was a rough era this was half of the album sounds depressing or too try hard but with that being said this was one of the few I enjoy on the album! Worth a lesson.

102. Mariah Carey - Melt Away



My thoughts: I'm actually sad that this song didn't make my top 100 (it's my most played song of all time) with that being said if i didn't play the song at all for a year i would still love it deeply with all my heart! (Last year chart position = 69)

101. Deorro ft Chris Brown - Five More Hours



My thoughts: YES! I KNOW :O A Chris Brown song! don't worry atrl he didn't make the top 100 .. i think it's a shame that everyone hates Chris Brown on this site I mean hate him as a person but some of his songs are beautiful.. not saying this song is beautiful but it's a bop .. a generic bop? Yes...but still a BOP.

Spiritual and Old Ways

I had a similar experience with PRISM. I would listen to the first half of the album way more, but after time, I found myself drawn to the second half.

Five More Hours is nice, but I prefer the version without Chris tbh... nothing against him, I just think the instrumental is better and It didn't need vocals!

100. Kylie Minogue - Chocolate



My thoughts: Yet another entry from Kylie.. although More More More missed the top 100 Chocolate got revenge for her. I remember this song from my childhood and it is impossible to listen to this song without feeling sexy.

99. Christina Aguilera - Candyman



My thoughts: Love or hate xtina and her fans, you can't deny that candy man is a BOP. It actually makes me laugh that so many old songs make my year end charts.. I'm gonna be such a "music isn't the same as what it used to be" person when I go grow up. Anyways.. Candyman got a lot of love from me this year. (I was drunk one night and had the song on repeat and that's why it's here.. if i never got drunk this wouldn't even made the list)

98. Ciara - Body Party



My thoughts: Okay I'm not going to lie this only made my list from my loving it at the end of last year.. in 2015 i was OBSESSED with this song legit obsessed. I don't use it that much anymore. With that being said, I still think the song is sexy, fun and enjoyable. It has a certain vibe to it that is rare to find in a lot of songs.

97. Ellie Goulding - Around U




My thoughts: Ahhh as an Ellie Goulding fan i was excited for her to return to music after two previous amazing albums (not count re-releases or w/e.. With her newest album "Delirium" I am in two mindsets i like it but i don't. Around U became one of my favourite songs on first listen.. it seems childish but not in a bad way. It some what reminds me of a song that would be in a kids movie or tv show.

96. F(X) - 4 Walls



My thoughts: I am not a massive K POP fan (sorry if it's j/pop or whatever i don't pay attention that much. I forget how i even discovered this song .. what it being drunk on youtube was it twitter or atrl? I'm not sure.. This has got to be my favourite song this year by a KPOP group. It's a BOP surprised the UK didn't eat this up.
