It's best video with a MESSAGE. Not BEST message in a video. You can't compare which video has the "best message" because every video has a different message with a different purpose.

And I agree, HIAM should be nominated. It may not portray the -already old and overused- gay and accept yourself theme, but it portrays Britney's life in such an artistic and hidden way, only real fans could interpret the message after two or three times watching the video. Yet again, MTV snubs Britney.

And the category is Best VIDEO with a message not best SONG with a message.

The HIAM video is about her life, starting with her quick rise to fame, to her downfall & breakdown and then up to her overcoming all that **** and making her comeback.'

But like i said i understand why it wasnt nominated since the message is kind of hidden, and not everyone can see it. And since the song is about sex and the other songs are about abuse, feel good anthems it wouldn't have fit in the category.

If any, It'd be I Wanna Go instead
