BEST OF
2013
This is going to be a big improvement over my Best Of 2012 thread so make sure you stay tuned to see your fave not chart
This year has been a great year in music for me, while looking back through my iTunes I didn't venture off into more than probably 20 artists but I found some fantastic ones that I will continue to follow and found some of my all time favorite songs this year. 2013 has also been more of a rock year for me than usual so you can definitely expect to see some Rock/Hard Rock/Metal on my lists (along with the pop stuff of course, gotta get those viewers )

Will probably do a few more random ones if I finish and have the desire to so hopefully you guys comment and I'll return the favor
Ok Mrs. Carter, you have slayed me enough to include you on my list so to you. Who doesn't like an anthem about how you are perfect the way you are, even though this one is specifically for females. ****ing Perfect 2.0 has been on repeat(still haven't bought the album though) since it's release

Song: Can't Stop
Artist: OneRepbulic
Album:Native
First listen through on Native and I was not impressed, fast forward 3 months to now and I still am not impressed with most of the album but Can't Stop is just amazing. The way the verses are so simplistic with Ryan's voice and the also simplistic chorus just works

Song: Something Better
Artist: Flyleaf Feat. Sonny Sandoval
Album:Who We Are EP
Lacey why'd you go and do your 100% christian music ...I was reluctant to like this song at first and it is nothing even close to previous Flyleaf works but it grew on me. Kristen has huge shoes to fill and hopefully the band and her can work on still maintaining the original Flyleaf sound while being different so she is not "copying" Lacey

Song: Part II
Artist: Paramore
Album:Paramore
First listen of Paramore ...Second listen of Paramore ..the album was very different then what I was expecting/wanting and I wrote most of it off right away. You can thank gabegabe for this song being included because I probably would have never listened to the album again and grew to like this song if it wasn't for his nonstop spamming of Paramore related content

Song: Cassiopeia
Artist: Sara Bareilles
Album:The Blessed Unrest
Another song I did not like at first listen but god Sara that chorus, it is the second best on the album(first place one is later in this countdown so stay tuned ) That instrument throughout the song, have no idea what it is but if you have listened to the song you will know what I am talking about, is fantastic and helps make the song with how different it is from what I have heard before
