I range from 135-145 at 5'7" and need to gain weight.
Unless you need to really bulk up on muscle or hibernate for winter you should be fine. I'm two inches taller than you and I weigh the same and I'm at what's considered healthy weight. I imagine you would be too.
5'7-5'8 ish at like 145-150 need to loose about 20 to 25 pounds. although I am pretty skinny/athletic on the top and my legs but my ass puts Shakira and Beyonce to shame its so bubbly and just jiggles every time I move or jump or w/e :/
